We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with German consumer law.

To request a return, please contact us at uzilorfashion@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. 

After notifying us, please send the item back within 14 days.

Items should be returned in their original condition and with reasonable care. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by unnecessary use or damage.

Return shipping costs: Customer pays.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will normally be made using the original payment method.

Please note amount to be refunded would be excluding shipping cost. Any additional cost for choosing a more expensive shipping method will not be refunded as well.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at Uzilorfashion@gmail.com as soon as possible. Your statutory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected.

Certain products may be excluded from the 14-day cancellation right where permitted by law, such as personalized products, certain sealed hygiene products after opening, and products that can spoil quickly.
